Returns & Exchanges

Since our layered mugs are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

However, if you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right! Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@boojoys.com.
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  3. Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

💡 We may request you to return the defective item before processing a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Modifications: After 12 hours, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

❌ Incorrect personalization details (e.g., misspellings, wrong photos) provided by the customer at checkout.
❌ General dissatisfaction with the design if the item matches your order specifications.
❌ Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
❌ Delays caused by carriers or customs processing (for international orders).

Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
